*The session fee is due in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable. I understand life gets busy, things come up, children get sick, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment for any reason please provide 24 hours notice. Your session fee will be applied to a session rescheduled within three months. After that time the fee will be forfeited. Thank you for your understanding.

As a token of my appreciation, all clients booking their return session within 12 months of their most recent session will receive a $25 print credit to use toward the print order for that session.
Location Recommendations
Florida offers all sorts of great location options. The most important consideration is selecting a location where your child will be comfortable and relaxed. Your local park, the beach, even your own home and backyard is a great choice, particularly for infants. I will be happy to make suggestions and help you with your location choice during our pre-session consultation.
Your Session
What to expect: Each session is unique but they all have one thing in common - lots of fun! My approach is a combination of casual direction and letting events naturally unfold to capture the spontaneous moments that reveal the true personality of your child. I only schedule one session on a given day, so you can be assured you will have my undivided attention.
What to wear: This partly depends on the choice of location, age of the child and your vision, but a general rule of thumb - keep it simple, classic and comfortable. No logos! And you will want to avoid busy patterns and stripes too. We can discuss clothing suggestions in more detail during our pre-session consultation, but a few of my favorites include:
*hoodies
*beautiful bold colors
*textures...like chunky knit sweaters
*colorful tutus and pettiskirts
*white shirts (or dress) with a denim jacket
*little boys in jeans/overalls with no shirt
*solid bright shirts or pastels
*black long sleves and demin
*a white sun dress with bright colored boots, scarf or hat
*tiny ones look best in just a diaper or birthday suit
Most children won't have the patience for numerous clothing changes but I encourage you to bring a few choices in the form of easy to change items like shirts or jackets. If you have more than one child you will want to make sure their outfits coordinate.
What to bring: I like to work with minimal props but a few well selected items can add to the fun of the session and the emotion of the final images. If you choose to bring a few things, select items that are meaningful to your child. Maybe the wagon you take on your morning walks, their favorite stuffed animal - no matter how used and abused, the new tricycle they just learned to ride, the blanket they won't leave behind, your little girls favorite collection of fancy hats or feather boas.
