Buy OnlineInfo/InvestmentSession info: (use scroll bar at right to move down page) Custom photography is an investment in your family~ for your enjoyment, as well as future generations~ and is why I take time to meet with you to outline your session details and work with you through the ordering process~ I want you to love your finished images and products just as much, if not more than I do! God has blessed me with meeting so many amazing kids and families~ I do as much as possible to give back by volunteering my time and services~ so you are not only investing in this small business, but in the organizations supported by Circle of Life Photography. When choosing wall portraits and products, my advice is to spend your budget on something unique and invest in art pieces featuring your family, for your home. We will take time to meet and discuss ideas for location, select clothing, and cover any other details about the session. This is also an opportunity for me to meet and interact with your child or children~ the sessions are fun and relaxed ~ our kids have VERY different personalities, so I am quite familiar with the dynamics of personalities in families. Newborn and baby sessions are typically photographed at your home and tend to take anywhere from 1-3 hours depending on sleeping and eating patterns~ I allow plenty of time for breaks. Children/Senior sessions usually take 1-1/2 hours and are photographed at an outdoor location. After our portrait session, I will process and post the remaining proofs to an online gallery within two weeks. We will book a viewing appointment and I can show you the various options for collages, print sizes, frames, and gallery wraps. Final orders are requested within three weeks of the online posting. Blog posts of images you order (along with some of my faves) will go online after the order is complete~ your kids' time to shine and share your beautiful images with family and friends! Print orders typically arrive within three weeks or less from time of order placement when placed at ordering appointment. Gallery wraps and special sizes may take an additional week. INVESTMENT: The commission fee is $125* and retail pricing for 8x10's is $35; Collections begin at $280 and offer substantial savings. A portion of your investment is used to enable my volunteer work with Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep and Joni & Friends Family Retreat, as well as several other non-profit organizations you can read about at the bottom of my blog. Specialty items such as frames, gallery-wrapped canvas, albums, proofbooks, greeting cards and digital files are also available. *Commission fee includes 6 percent sales tax and covers the 30 minute pre-session consultation meeting, my creative vision, my travel to/from session, up to 2 hours photographing time, several hours post-processing work, 20-30 online proofs in a secure gallery, 1 hour post-session meeting and ordering & packaging of images. High School Senior portrait sessions begin at $150 (enlargements additional) Please email me for a current enlargement pricing list (online gallery price lists are different from client pricing.)
Giving BackThere are several organizations I support both personally and through Circle of Life Photography. I believe the gift I have been given in photography is intended to bless others. (move bar at right to scroll down page) Joni & Friends Family Retreat I am honored to be the official photographer at the Joni & Friends Family Retreat in the Poconos (Spruce Lake Retreat one week each summer (click here for blog post.) Joni & Friends seeks to serve as a ministry of outreach to people with disabilities and their families across the US and around the world. Families from around the country attend Family Retreats seeking relaxation, encouragement and a time to strengthen their family. NILMDTS http://www.nowilaymedowntosleep.org/ Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep Foundation gently provides a helping hand and a healing heart for families overcome by the grief and pain of the death of their newborn or infant. Offering gentle and beautiful photography services in a compassionate and sensitive manner is the heart of this organization. The soft, gentle heirloom photographs of these beautiful babies are an important part of the healing process. They allow families to honor and cherish their babies, and share the spirits of their lives. I am a NILMDTS volunteer for the Hershey and Lancaster area hospitals. Pillows of Love http://www.pillows-of-love.com/ Pillows-of-Love is a ministry that provides beautiful pillowcases and Bibles to women and children who are displaced, in a recovery shelter, a pregnancy center, or an international orphanage. I served as a volunteer/photographer for annual fundraising event on April 17, 2010. St. Jude Children's Research Hospital St. Jude's is unlike any other pediatric treatment and research facility. Discoveries made here have completely changed how the world treats children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases. With research and patient care under one roof, St. Jude is where some of today's most gifted researchers are able to do science more quickly. All patients accepted for treatment at St. Jude are treated without regard to the family's ability to pay. Celebrating Adoption In 2009/2010, several adoptive families received a FREE portrait session and an assortment of enlargements to celebrate the life/lives that has been granted to them through adoption.
